Happy Sweet Thursday Stampers!
It’s another fun Thursday Challenge over at The Treehouse Blog. Today’s theme is to create a card, scrapbook page or anything crafty with the theme “LOVE“. And since this Sunday is Valentine’s Day, I wanted to create a special Valentine Treat box for my friend with yummy chocolate treats in it!
For today’s project, I used Treehouse Digital image called “Your Hand In Mine”, which is available now over at Treehouse Stamps. I opened the digi image on my Photoshop Elements and used the color palette to color my image in. Once it was colored in I printed it out.
The treat box is from my Quikutz Silhouette Library and I cut it out on my KNK Groove-e! Once it was all cut out, I assembled it together. I used red sticky tape instead of regular adhesive tape to put it together. Added some pink satin ribbon, flower and bling. Now it all needs some sweet candy to put inside.

Good day all! And yes it is a Happy Happy Day! Â Even thou the weather man says rain is coming for the next 2-3 days, you know that us crafters make any day a GOOD day!
This first challenge takes place over at
Elizabeth’s blog, she has a new challenge going on. Â You have 2 weeks to complete it. Now this one is different. Well we are so used to putting so many layers on our cards. This time the challenge was to put only a single layer.
This was sort of a challenge for me because I wanted to do the masking technique that Elizabeth was showing for her tips. Â Well I did try and it was so cool to try this technique. Â I wanted to do something small, so I used some of my chic-ki-di stamps. So I used the masking technique on the 2 flowers. Â
Supplies used: White cardstock, Studio G Clear Stamps, Prisma Color Pencils with Gamsol, Basic Grey Ribbon, Fiskars Scallop Punch, and  Stickles.
