Hey there! Happy Thursday Y’all!

It’s another fun Thursday,which means it’s Treehouse Thursday Challenge #35 at the Treehouse Blog!  Today’s challenge is to create a card, scrapbook page, anything crafty with the colors combination: Red, Pink, and White

So, join me and the rest of the Design Team and add your creation to Mr. Blinky at the Treehouse Blog.

For this week’s color challenge, I wanted to use Treehouse Stamps new Digi Stamps Set called Cupcake Wishes. I printed it out 2 times and cut it twice and used pop up dots to give it dimensional.

Supplies:

Paper: Papertrey Ink Kraft CS, White CS

Stamps: HeroArts Large Dots Stamp, Treehouse Digi Stamp Set “Cupcake Wishes”.

Accessories: Cuddle Bug Embossing Folder, Label Nestibilities, Ivory Flower Soft to layer the Cupcake, Stickles

Ink: VersaMark Ink, White Embossing Powder

Coloring: Prisma Color Pencils with the use of Gamsol

Ribbon: American Crafts, Red Thread

Happy Tuesday and as well Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

This card I made for this weeks PaperTake Weekly Challenge.  This weeks challenge is to make a card with an image that is edible.  When I saw the info for this challenge I for sure wanted to use my cupcake clear stamps from Stampendous called “Hey There Cupcake”, which I haven’t used for some time.

I wanted again to do another clear acetate card. So I used some of my left over transperency paper I had left over from the previous card I made for last weeks PTWC

I did a double straight line stitch to both sides with my sewing machine. I LOVE using my sewing machine when I do cards. I think it gives it an extra touch when I make my cards.  Pink satin ribbon is from TreeHouseStamps ……another stamp store I really, really  love to shop at. 
For my cupcake I stamped the image twice and made it deminsional. Added my sentiment “Hey There Sweetie”.  Colored it with my Prisma Color Pencils and added lots and lots of Stickles…ummm, Yummy!   Added 3 HeroArts Gemstones  at tope right corner for the finale……lol!

Cupcake For You From Me!

Papertake Weekly Challenge #1 for me!
Sometimes I need a challenge to come up with creating a card.  I don’t know about you ladies but sometimes it’s kinda hard for me to make a card up.  That’s why I started to join in and do other stamper’s weekly card challenges, and get my brain working and think outside the box!
While blogging around my laptop I found this other weekly blog I found.  I was looking for a Wednesday Challenge blog, but couldn’t find any.  If any one knows of any kind of Monday thru Sunday challenges that focus everyday, I would love to know what those blogs are all about.
I came across this blog challenge called —-> Papertake Weekly Challenge < ---- and this weeks challenge is to use hearts or flowers or both. Well after thinking what stamp I was going to use, I remember of a special friend whose birthday is coming up soon so I thought I use this stamp.  I bought this cutsy stamp from my good friend Ashley Bowen at TreeHouseStamps.  And guess what?  It only cost $1 buckaroo! So check out her store, there are soooo many goodies there! 
So here is my card I created for my friend. I uploaded this to the Papertake Weekly Challenge.  
I used lots and lots of dimensionals on this card. The 2 little cupcakes on the upper left side, what I did was I cut the cupcake images from the design paper and used them as little embellishements.  I thought they were so adorable.

Here’s a really close up of the cupcake. I added Stickles to it.  I love using them on all my card has much as I can.  I also used lots and lots of Hero Arts Gemstones!  

Supplies used: Design Paper from DCWV (the sweet Stack) < ----- such cute paper in that stack, Card Stock from K &Company, Stamp image from TreeHouseStamps Snag’em Stamps “Cupcake”, Gemstomes from HeroArts, Stickles, Scalloped Spellbinders, left over ribbon from my stash. Flower by Bazzill.
